Tom Izzo gave an update on a Michigan State basketball injury on Thursday, stating that Tyson Walker is dealing with a sore groin.<\/h2>\n

Michigan State basketball<\/a> fans have to give a lot of thanks to Tyson Walker<\/a> this season. The Spartans sit at 13-8 overall and 5-5 in the Big Ten, but without him, it could be even worse than that.<\/p>\n

Tyson has been the go-to guy for this team and has been the scoring leader all season as well. He statistically has taken a small step back scoring the ball recently, but he has still hit double figures in every game this season.<\/p>\n

However, it\u2019s been very apparent that Tyson hasn\u2019t been 100 percent recently. Especially in MSU\u2019s 81-62 win over Michigan<\/a>, you could clearly see him struggling to move around and grabbing his groin at times.<\/p>\n

Earlier on Thursday in a press conference, Tom Izzo<\/a> addressed these potential injury concerns with the media.<\/p>\n
