Michigan State football<\/a> fans still have some sour opinions on a handful of former players who opted to leave the program for “greener pastures” but no one quite riled the fanbase up as much as Jaden Mangham.<\/p>\n The former Michigan State safety decided to transfer to Michigan this past spring despite saying he was locked in and being projected as a starting defensive back for the Spartans. This rubbed a lot of Spartans the wrong way.<\/p>\n While players have played this off as not a huge deal because the NIL era is weird and it can force a lot of players’ hands in the transfer portal, you know they took it personal behind the scenes.
