But he&#8217;s getting some help from some of his players and even a 2024 recruit. He&#8217;s clearly working hard to get him to East Lansing and if you&#8217;re Chiles, it would be tough to say no to a familiar playbook and coach to go along with an elite receiver like Marsh at a major program like Michigan State. He could take the reins right away and be the QB1 as a true sophomore.<\/p>\n<p>Nick isn&#8217;t the only one working on Chiles, though. It seems like his mom is also putting in some recruiting work, too.<\/p>\n<p>The Spartans are without a scholarship quarterback on the roster following the transfers of Katin Houser, Sam Leavitt, and Noah Kim as well as the decommitment of Henry Hasselbeck. This has the staff looking for a new QB1.<\/p>\n<p>The portal is going to provide Michigan State with a quarterback or two, and I think everyone agrees that Chiles would be the top option. And Marsh agrees.
