Michigan State basketball is coming off an impressive 73-55 win over Rutgers on Sunday. But that isnāt the only good thing happening for the Spartans. In fact, future Spartan Jase Richardson also lit up the court in his most recent games.

Jase Richardson dominates
As you can see in the posts above, Jase had amazing games in his last two times out. He dominated every aspect of the game, scoring 20 points and dishing out nine assists in the first game on Sunday. He also contributed on the defensive end with four steals, two blocks, and six rebounds. Truly an all-around performance for the future Spartan.
On Monday, he had 21 points, six rebounds, and four assists.
Richardson is a current Michigan State signee in the 2024 class. He is a combo guard from Miami, Fla., standing at 6-foot-3 and 180 pounds and 247Sports ranks him as the No. 33 player in the country and No. 3 at his position.
Jase is part of an impressive 2024 recruiting class for Michigan State. The Spartans 2024 class is No. 13 in the country and also features four-star shooting guard Kur Teng and three-star center Jesse McCulloch.
Does the name Jase Richardson ring a bell? Iām sure for most of you it does by now, but in case you donāt know, Jase is the son of a former Spartan great.
Son of Jason Richardson
Jase Richardson is the son of Spartan legend Jason Richardson who played in East Lansing for two seasons, including on the 2000 national title team as a freshman. His sophomore season he increased his production and was then drafted fifth overall in the 2001 NBA Draft by the Golden State Warriors.
Iām excited to see Jase follow in his dadās footsteps with Michigan State basketball, but I also look forward to seeing what path he creates for himself. His dad is a Spartan legend, and I think Jase has the ability to become one himself.
