As the official visit season draws closer, Michigan State football is hard at work securing flights and visits to enable prospects to come up and visit East Lansing as the staff pitches Spartan football to them. For the most part, the third official visit weekend, June 12-14, has remained open.
However, that date is starting to fill up, as two more players announced June 12 visits, including a player ranked no. 126 in the country by 247Sports.
More About Noah Willis
Willis is a recent offer by Michigan State football, and the high school teammate of TJ Umenyiora, an early enrollee defensive back for MSU, was a player that the staff prioritized. Within a week of an offer, Willis is set to visit East Lansing.
Willis has no ranking yet, per 247Sports. However, Kansas State and Cincinnati each have made moves to secure an official visit from the player, with the Big 12 also competing for his services. Noah Willis is set to visit Kansas State on May 29, Cincinnati on June 5, and Michigan State football on June 12.
The Word On Dominic Black
One of the larger targets on the board, in both importance and size, for Michigan State football in OL Dominic Black. Black is a 6-foot-5, 290 pound lineman from Tri-Village High School (Ohio).
247Sports ranks Black as the no. 126 player in the nation, with Composite calling him no. 191 in the nation. He is a consensus top 20 offensive tackle in the class, and a top five player in Ohio, per 247Sports. At Tri-Village, he played right tackle during the 2025 season.
There are four schools trending “warm” for Black, with Indiana already hosting his first visit on May 15. Kentucky follows on June 5, and then the Spartans the next weekend. The other school trending warm is Virginia Tech with former Big Ten head coach James Franklin leading the Hokies.
However, Black was set to visit the Hokies on June 12, so there is questions as to whether the interest between the player and school remains.
