College Football 2027 Predicts Michigan State Football vs. Wisconsin
On Saturday, Michigan State football is set to take on Wisconsin. The Spartan travel for their first conference road test of the year, looking to upset a Badger team that took down Penn State and received votes in the AP Poll.
This means it is time for another week of firing up College Football 27 to see what the game predicts for the Spartans and Badgers matchup.
Last week, the game correctly predicted a Nebraska win, but not in a 52-42 shootout. It did, however, put a Cam Edwards injury into the universe. Not happy about that.
Mandatory Reminder: This is a video game SIMUALTION. This is not real.
(Note: I did edit the depth chart for Michigan State football to remove Cam Edwards, NiJhay Burt, and others from the lineup. Besides that, nothing else has been touched. I did not pick a side or call a play.)
First Quarter
The Badgers got the ball first and punted after reaching midfield. Marvis Parrish and Carson Gulker each got a first down, with Parrish pushing the ball past midfield. The Western Kentucky sustained the drive with a few more first downs before a 12-yard touchdown rush put the Spartans on the board with 5:53 left in the first quarter.
Six plays later, Abu Sama II finished a drive where he had over 50 rushing yards with his own score.
Jaziun Patterson added a 20-yard rush of his own and a Carson Gulker added another 10 yards before the quarter expired on a Patterson negative rush.
Second Quarter
The Spartans continued the drive, including a two-yard gain on fourth-and-one by Patterson. It was capped off with a Fredrick Moore bubble screen going 8 yards for the score.
The Spartans forced a punt, but a Nick Sharpe false start forced their own punt, which Wisconsin returned to the MSU40. The Badgers stalled out and trotted out Gavin Lahm for 3, cutting the lead to 14-10, MSU.
The Spartans and Badgers exchanged three punts, with plenty of incomplete passes, including a Moore drop. However, at the two-minute timeout, the Spartans mustered a drive with Chrishon McCray and Moore, with the former getting in with 1:33 left in the half.
Andrew Brinson IV knocked away Wisconsin’s Hail Mary to call half.

Third Quarter
The Spartans, courtesy of a 27-yard Marvis Parrish rush, extended the lead to 14 with a Liam Boyd field goal on the opening drive of the second half.
The Spartans forced a punt, but an Alessio Milivojevic interception gave the Badgers the ball on the MSU10, where Sama III punched it in to halve the deficit. One more Spartan punt, and Colton Joseph rolled out to find a wide open Shamar Rigby for a 47-yard score.
MSU was aggressive on their next drive, going for it on their own 45, but the slant was knocked away. Wsiconsin was forced into a punt, and the Spartans drove to the WISC46 to end the quarter.
Fourth Quarter
The Spartans grabbed another first with Milivojevic finding Moore for 10 yards, and then a Patterson 29-yard run got the Spartans the ball at the WISC13. A Milivojevic sneak capped the drive and gave the Spartans a go-ahead touchdown with 11:44 left.
MSU forced another punt, and Milivojevic found Moore deep for 26 yards, and then a Brandon Tullis 7-yard rush set up a 35-yard Boyd field goal to put the lead at 10 with 8:12 to play.
The Badgers mustered up a drive to the MSU49, but turned it over on downs when Brinson IV locked down Rigby on fourth-and-7. The Spartans made the bold choice of going for it by the WISC20, and Tullis barely inched across the line to gain with 2:57 to play.
The Spartans forced the Badgers to burn timeouts, and the Milivojevic found Gulker in traffic for an 18-yard score with 2:40 to play.
Colton Joseph tried to rally the Badgers with his arm and legs, getting the Badgers to the MSU36, but Chuck Brantley called ballgame with a 7-yard interception with 1:05 to play.
Milivojevic kneeled it out.
