Has there been a new development regarding Keon Coleman?
Will MSU win the Keon sweepstakes (again)?
Has there been a new development in the Keon Coleman transfer situation? Per usual, ChopMan breaks it down.
The major recruiting sites were calling what happened on Sunday with MSU a ‘mass exodus.’ I guess that’s their definition when one starter and two borderline starters enter the portal on the last day it’s open. I would consider what happened at Colorado under Deion Sanders the last couple of weeks a ‘mass exodus’ but that isn’t what I’m here to talk about.
I’ve brought everyone’s favorite piece of recruiting technology back to run the numbers on Keon Coleman given he entered the portal on Sunday night. I would like to remind all of you that the Chopalytics Prediction Machine (CPM) uses inputs from tweets, vibes, and hope to determine a calculation on where a player will land. The algorithm is extremely complex and it is best that you don’t question the results.
Rumor has it, rival schools have been in Coleman’s ear about draft stock and NIL. I have no sources or opinions on that outside of the fact that Keon would be a starter on almost every team in the country.
The CPM has been hard at work the last 24 hours developing the predicted landing spots for the elite wide receiver from Louisiana. Here is what it says:

As you can see, I wouldn’t count out a return to MSU. Former teammate, Chuck Brantley, who also entered the portal on Sunday has already withdrawn his name, and word on the street (Twitter) is that Keon put his name in prior to the news breaking about quarterback Payton Thorne.
Keon is from the great state of Louisiana and we’ve seen subtweets from coaches at LSU that indicate they might be a potential suitor. In addition, there have been rumblings out there about Oklahoma. It’s too soon to tell where Coleman will end up landing but the CPM has spoken.
Expect him to end up at MSU, LSU, or OU. If he lands at another school then the CPM may have short-circuited.
More to come,
ChopMan
